I inform you below which personal data is collected and processed in connection with my website (www.psychoanalyse-wien-webber.at).

Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes and in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).


1.1 Visit to the website

When you visit my website, technical data is processed (browser type and version, operating system used, website, source page (where users come from), date and time of use). This data can be assigned to your IP address and is subsequently stored automatically as anonymous data separate from your IP address and used only for statistical analysis for the purpose of optimizing the website as well as the security of the website.

The legal basis for the anonymization is my overriding legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO) in the form of the security and protection of my website, the analysis of visitor statistics, as well as the optimization of the website in connection with system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information.

Automated decision making including profiling according to Art 22 para 1 and 4 DSGVO does not take place.
